 Join us for a 6-week journey designed to help you grow as a passionate, purpose-filled follower of Jesus. Each Wednesday night, you’ll be part of focused learning groups that offer practical tools, biblical insight, and renewed confidence to live out your faith.

Our Empowerment Groups run in 6-week blocks, creating intentional space for growth, but here’s the best part: you can join in at any point during the six weeks. Whether it’s Week 1 or Week 5, every group is open, and you’re always welcome. With four unique group options available, there’s something for everyone - no matter where you are in your walk with God. Feel free to stay in one group the whole time or explore different topics as you grow at your own pace.

Biblical Backgrounds

Ever read a verse and wondered, “What’s really going on here?” This group is all about understanding the context of Scripture - the history, culture, geography, and original audience behind the Bible. When you see what the first readers would have seen, the Word comes alive in a whole new way.
If you want to grow deeper in your understanding, ask better questions, and build confidence in studying the Bible for yourself, this group is for you.

Practical Tools for Biblical Self-Control

Foundations of Emotional and Spiritual Health

This first group lays the groundwork for understanding how emotional systems shape our lives, relationships, and spiritual growth. Rooted in biblical truth, we’ll explore how patterns formed in childhood, family dynamics, and internal struggles influence our responses today.
We will learn how to identify the unseen forces driving behavior and teaches how self-control begins with awareness, ownership, and biblical perspective.

Biblical Portrait of Marriage

Did you know Scripture reveals foundational principles for marriage that transcend culture and time? God’s design for marriage isn’t trendy - it’s timeless.
In this group we’ll explore biblical principles that form God’s blueprint for a thriving, Christ-centered marriage.
Rooted in Scripture and filled with practical insight, this study offers real tools for communication, conflict resolution, unity, and long-term faithfulness.
Whether your marriage is strong, struggling, or somewhere in between, this group is designed to strengthen your foundation and align your relationship with God’s design.

In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our pastors, hear the heart and vision behind Crosby Church, and gain a deeper understanding of what we believe and why we believe it. We’ll share our story, our mission, and the values that shape who we are as a church family.
This is more than an information session - it’s an invitation. An invitation to explore what it looks like to go all in: in your walk with Jesus, in spiritual growth, and in authentic community with others.

Whether you’re brand new or have been attending for a while, this is the perfect place to ask honest questions, learn about serving opportunities, discover next steps, and find where you fit. If you’ve been wondering how to move from attending to belonging, this is your next step.

A Night for the Whole Family

At Crosby Church, we believe spiritual growth is for every generation. While you're engaging in your own learning group, your kids and teens will be part of full, age-appropriate ministry experiences designed just for them. 


For Kids (8 weeks–5th grade): Our Children’s Ministry team provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where your child will learn about Jesus through interactive lessons, worship, crafts, and play. From our trusted nursery staff to our passionate elementary leaders, you can rest easy knowing your child is loved and cared for while growing in their faith.


For Teens (6th–12th grade): Our Student Ministry offers a dynamic service filled with worship, relevant teaching, and time to connect with friends and leaders. Teens will be encouraged to take ownership of their faith, ask real questions, and be challenged to live boldly for Christ in their everyday lives.
