Every Wednesday at 7pm at our Crosby Campus
Our Empowerment Groups run in 6-week blocks, creating intentional space for growth—but here’s the best part: you can join in at any point during the six weeks. Whether it’s Week 1 or Week 5, every group is open, and you’re always welcome. With four unique group options available, there’s something for everyone—no matter where you are in your walk with God. Feel free to stay in one group the whole time or explore different topics as you grow at your own pace.
While you're growing, your family can grow too. We offer age appropriate worship services for:
Kids (8 weeks–5th grade)
Teens (6th–12th grade)
Empowerment Nights are for the whole family - a time to connect, learn, and be strengthened together. We can’t wait to see you there!
Group Options (August 27th - October 8th)
- The Holy Spirit and You
- All In at Crosby Church: Learn more about our Church, Meet the Pastors, and Learn about going "All In" (This is our Membership Journey)
- A Deeper Look at the Psalms
In this group you’ll dive into real conversations about love, communication, unmet needs, money, intimacy, and what it takes to build a strong, lasting relationship.
This group is full of honest truth, practical tools, and encouragement to help you grow closer, laugh more, and invest in the marriage you want.
Because your marriage matters - and it’s worth investing in.
Together, we’ll explore how the Holy Spirit empowers, guides, and speaks to us. You’ll learn how to live a Spirit-led life marked by clarity, purpose, boldness, and fruitfulness.
We’ll look at how He worked through Jesus, how He works in us, and how to recognize and respond to His leading. You’ll also discover the gifts He gives and how to walk in them with confidence.
Whether you’re new to this or ready to grow deeper, this group is an invitation to experience the Holy Spirit in a fresh, personal way.
In this group, you’ll meet our pastors, hear the heart and vision behind Crosby Church, learn what we believe, and explore what it looks like to go all in - in your walk with Jesus and in community with others.
Whether you’re new or have been attending for a while, this is the perfect place to ask questions, make connections, and find out how to get more involved. Let’s take the next step - together.
Each week, we’ll explore what the Psalms teach us about who God is, how He meets us in every season, and how we can talk to Him more openly and personally. You'll leave encouraged, refreshed, and with a deeper connection to God’s Word.
No matter your Bible background, this study is for you. Come ready to grow and be encouraged!
Group Options (October 15th-November 19th)
- Built Different: Don't DIY Your Life
- Is Genesis History? A Study on Evolution vs. Biblical Creation

Walking In Victory
Built Different
Don't DIY Your Life
Is Genesis History?
A Study on Evolution vs. Biblical Creation
Together, we’ll be challenged to:
- Worship the Creator, not the creation
- Trade hype for holiness
- Move from simply knowing the Word to actually living it
- Build a life that holds to truth, not trends
This study will uncover the roots of evolutionary thought, examine the evidence for creation, and help you see the world through the lens of Scripture. Together, we’ll wrestle with big questions, weigh the claims of science and faith, and discover how Genesis shapes the way we understand both the past and the present.
Open to anyone who wants to explore what it means to believe that God is the Creator in a culture that offers countless competing explanations.
What about my Kids and Teens?
A Night for the Whole Family
At Crosby Church, we believe spiritual growth is for every generation. While you're engaging in your own learning group, your kids and teens will be part of full, age-appropriate ministry experiences designed just for them.
For Kids (8 weeks–5th grade): Our Children’s Ministry team provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where your child will learn about Jesus through interactive lessons, worship, crafts, and play. From our trusted nursery staff to our passionate elementary leaders, you can rest easy knowing your child is loved and cared for while growing in their faith.
For Teens (6th–12th grade): Our Student Ministry offers a dynamic service filled with worship, relevant teaching, and time to connect with friends and leaders. Teens will be encouraged to take ownership of their faith, ask real questions, and be challenged to live boldly for Christ in their everyday lives.
We’re committed to making Wednesday nights meaningful and enriching for your entire family. While you're investing in your spiritual journey, you can feel confident that your children and teens are doing the same.
